- Add minimax-m3 (1M context, 128K output) to threatbook-cn-llm, threatbook-io-llm, and minimax providers
- Update deepseek-v4-flash context window 200K→1M, max output 128K→384K in both threatbook-cn-llm and threatbook-io-llm
- Reorder ThreatBook provider models: minimax group (m3/m2.7/m2.5) first
- Fix minimax provider: align minimax-m3 family field and add pricing
