- Add session message edit API, background replay, and message.part.updated events
- Wire SessionChat, session API client, and useSessions for edit UX
- Replace bare except with Exception in provider, find, and session routes
- Add backend and webui tests; extend session i18n
- Update Python dependencies in pyproject.toml and uv.lock
