Closing: this is not a formatting failure, it is a coordinated multi-major upgrade that needs real migration work. Two blockers found while testing locally:
Type "{ params: Promise<{ id: string }> }" is not assignable to type "{ params: { id: string } }" This affects app/api/admin/posts/[id]/edit/route.ts, .../resend-token/route.ts, .../route.ts and other dynamic routes. Fixing it means awaiting params across the app plus a React 18 to 19 migration, which is out of scope for an automated dependency bump. Next 14 to 16 and React 18 to 19 should be done as a deliberate, hand-driven migration PR. If Dependabot reopens this, add an `ignore` rule for `next`, `react`, `react-dom` and `eslint-config-next` at the major version level. |
