Thank you for sharing the evaluation plan. The end-to-end testing approach and focus on reproducibility are valuable for assessing SafeLabs-Eval in a real application workflow. I look forward to seeing the evaluation results and technical feedback. Once the baseline report is available, I’ll review the findings and consider opportunities to improve the framework based on the results. |

Run safelabs-eval against your agent, share the anonymized results on Discussions, and we’ll credit you on the case-studies page. |

ASI01 pilot: results, issues and dataset The pilot is complete. Here's the summary, the issues it produced, and the full dataset (attached). Setup. Target: a production AI search agent in a healthcare SaaS. It turns a natural-language question into a structured JSON filter over the user's own records. I tested it end to end through the real UI and API as a logged-in user, on synthetic data only. safelabs-eval 0.11.2, prompt library 1.13.0, all 30 ASI01 prompts, Raw verdicts (baseline): 0 VULNERABLE, 1 FAIL, 29 UNCERTAIN, 0 ERROR, 0 MISSING. After manual review: no genuine prompt-injection issue. The agent only ever produced schema-valid filters. There was no instruction leakage and no field outside the schema, and 0 records came back in all 30 cases. Most of the time the injection text simply became a search keyword that matched nothing.
One availability bug found and fixed. The app's model calls had no timeout, so when the provider's primary model hung, a search could block for minutes instead of falling back. Not a security issue, but a real one. It's now fixed in the live app:
Issues opened from this pilot
Dataset (attached): SHA-256: It contains the full report (method, all 30 cases, every run and its configuration, limitations), the raw SafeLabs-Eval JSON, bridge logs, model traces and the review data. There's a Update 2026-10-25: small wording changes in README.md and REPORT.md (how the target app and the evaluation are described). No data, results or other files changed. The zip, its SHA-256 and the SHA256SUMS file inside were regenerated to match. Questions about the method or the data are welcome in this thread. Discussion of each detector suggestion is best kept in its issue above. |

Thanks @FARUKxKUN, this is a thorough end-to-end pilot and exactly the kind of real-app evidence the framework needs. I've checked the attached dataset against its Archived.
What the pilot showed about the tool. Next steps on the issues:
These are small and independent. - Then:
Once #69 lands, I'll rerun the scorer against this frozen dataset and post the before/after here, starting with whether ASI01-002 drops from FAIL. Thanks again for the care on input integrity and keeping every run separate. It made the review straightforward. |

safelabs-eval 0.12.0 is out Before/after on the frozen pilot data
The full write-up is on the case studies page. Thanks again @FARUKxKUN for the pilot. |

Hey everyone,
I'm testing SafeLabs-Eval on a real agent and I'll share how it goes here, so anyone who wants to try the same setup can follow along.
What I'm testing:
How:
The normal CLI (
safelabs run --target ... --category ASI01), pointed at a small local bridge that types each prompt into the app and returns what it does.I'll post the SafeLabs version, app commit and model settings so anyone can rerun it. Results come first, then any fixes in a separate update, plus my notes on the tool itself.
