Fix CLI npm package name

Summary

• publish the CLI workspace as the unscoped relaycast npm package
• update docs, release notes, lockfile, CLI display/client identity, and package repository URLs
• remove stale @relaycast/cli references so npm publish targets the intended package

Verification

• npm test -- --filter=./packages/cli
• npm_config_cache=/tmp/relaycast-npm-cache npm publish --dry-run --access public --tag latest --ignore-scripts
