Description:

When Litellm encounters a failure, the provided trace information is insufficient. Specifically, the trace only shows an exception without detailing the entire request process.

For instance, in a recent case, the failure occurred during the second span of the generation process. However, the trace does not include:

• The complete request details leading up to the failure.

• Inputs that contributed to the failure.

This lack of information hinders our ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Trigger a failure in Litellm.

2. Observe the trace provided.

Expected Behavior:

The trace should include:

• Full details of the request.

• All inputs that led to the failure.

Actual Behavior:

Only the exception is shown, with no context on the request or inputs.
