AgentiLoop CLI (Cross Platform) in the works. ETA TBD

[AgentiLoop]

AgentiLoop is being developed as a cross platform cli project. The current language is Rust and we are testing performance. If we find another language such as Go or Swift (cross platform open source version) will be better suited for speed, we may switch languages.

We already have the AgentiLoop CLI working. This is not final, not even close, but it created a Tic Tac Toe game in seconds on its first try and that's one of my limus tests for any new Agentic AI.
