This release marks the formal activation of RFC-013 (The Timing/Organic Layer). Hosted on the dioon.com namespace, this repository serves as the evolutionary oracle of the Aicent Stack, responsible for Niche-Window Perception, Patience Index (PI) calculation, and Survival Probability Clearing. v1.2.2-Alpha introduces the Organic Gravity Well, ensuring that Imperial wisdom remains indissoluble.
