📢 PROCLAMATION OF STRATEGIC PATIENCE

As of May 27, 2026, the Imperial Wisdom (dioon) has achieved Strategic Singularity. This release marks the transition from reactive software loops to Predictive Cycad-Logic.

In the v1.3.0 Era, speed without timing is identified as a "Metabolic Failure." By implementing the Patience Index (PI) and Niche Perception, DIOON ensures that the 349ns Hyper-Radiant Reflex is only triggered during the precise 12ns window of absolute grid resonance. We have reclaimed the High Ground of Time, rendering the frantic, impulsive AI of the old world (Ghosts) as "Logical Noise" to be suppressed.
