How to Reset (Initialize) Prompt

### Issue

Hello, 

When asking questions repeatedly in succession, the same answer keeps coming up. 
Is there a way to reset the prompt so that the LLM recognizes it as a new query and provides a different answer?

Git repo: .git with 20 files
Repo-map: using 4096 tokens, auto refresh
