"Summarization failed for model ...: cannot schedule new futures after shutdown" on /quit

Issue

After an aider session, I ran /quit. The tool hung for a few seconds, and then output:

Summarization failed for model gemini/gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25: cannot schedule new futures after shutdown
Summarization failed for model gemini/gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25: cannot schedule new futures after shutdown
summarizer unexpectedly failed for all models

I had invoked aider with:

export GEMINI_API_KEY="..."
aider --model "gemini/gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25"

I saw a similar issue about summarization failures, but it wasn't on shutdown, so I filed this one.

Aider v0.79.2
Model: gemini/gemini-2.5-pro-exp-03-25 with diff-fenced edit format
Git repo: .git with 0 files
Repo-map: using 4096 tokens, auto refresh

I'm seeing the same thing with a local model and the --message option for version 0.82.1:

aider src/js/test.js --model coder --editor-mode whole --message "refactor the enter and tab creation code as indicated in the comments"

Tokens: 8.9k sent, 8.3k received.
