"Select all" is checked, when options are not loaded yet

Version 4.2.0

Here's what went wrong:

initial state:

{
    options: [],
    value: [],  // or null
}  

No options to show.
I'm sending a request in componentDidMount of my component. The state changes to

{
    options: [{value: "1", label: "1"}, {value: "2", label: "2"}],
    value: [],  // or null
}  

There are options, but no one selected. "Select all" is checked.
It looks like react-picky doesn't listen changes of options prop.
