Move the setup pages from the README to the wiki Environment variables, AI providers, job sources and the job agent, Gmail and Calendar, backups, upgrading, troubleshooting and privacy now have their own pages, and the guides link to them instead of the README. The Ubuntu server guide takes the README's notes on other proxies.
Add the installation guide Run Dossier on your own computer with Docker, Docker Compose or Node.js, or self-host it on an Ubuntu server, CapRover, Coolify or Dokploy.
