High memeory footprint on HUGE database

Hi, thank you for making this interesting project!

However, I got a single table having like 5 GiB, 5000+ rows. When mounted as a folder, sqlitedav sadly failed to output anything in the folder before it got OOM-killed.

Maybe you can stream data for PROPFIND operation?
