Draws on a canvas on screen based on finger movement through webcam.

The program uses OpenCV for webcam and image recognition and Google MediaPipe Hands.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. 'C' to Clear Canvas
2. 'Q' to exit -> Use index finger in front of the webcam to draw.
