Crash on placing pipe (1.16.1 - 0.4.0)

After I put down a stone pipe my client and server crashed. I put it down next to a chest, there were no other pipes next to it.

I saw the other bug report, I'm not using "Nice to have".

After the server restarted, the stone pipe was actually placed.

It looks like this is caused by LBA being accidentally incompatible with UniversalComponents, although we're looking into this now.
