v1.4.3 — Windows deep scan readability and audit cleanup

Improvements

  • Improved Windows deep scan rendering so services, hardware details and audit results are shown in readable summaries/tables instead of raw CIM/PowerShell dumps.
  • Fixed Windows running-services summaries so JSON results are counted and previewed correctly.
  • Filtered WinRM CLIXML/progress noise from saved findings to avoid useless SQL/audit output.
