NESDR Smart v.5 and SDRSharp

Hallo, I was using a Nooelec NESDR Smart device for at least one year with good results, until suddedly ,two days ago, appeared on my Windows 11 PC screen "ERROR : UnanticipatedHostError". I put a second device (new) on the USB port and tried to reinstall the driver (ZADIG) also but the blocking error persists.
Any suggestion ?

I solved the problem due to a false migration of the driver audio after a Windows 11 update.
