Some journal entries cannot be accepted #75

Manager level users are sometimes unable to accept journal entries. These entries are still able to be rejected.
After testing many different variations it seems the journal entries that are unable to be accepted are journal entries that were in the journal before I logged on and started testing, or journal entries containing significant numbers.
I am able to create and accept journal entries with dollar amounts in the thousands, hundreds, and ones. Creating a journal entry in the ten thousands works, but it cannot be accepted. Also any previously existing journal entry in the thousands and lower cannot be accepted either.
