Add configuration for Pb-Pb with hadronic rescattering based on the same settings as for OO with hadronic rescattering

Ciao @romainschotter ,
the configuration goes in timeout. You can try adding #NEV_TEST> 1
at the top of the ini file, however I'm afraid the simulation will not be able to
run, neither in the CI, nor on GRID nodes/hyperloop. The log shows me that our setup
went in timeout without even generating a single event. Fingers crossed

Otherwise, I guess, I will have to adjust the configuration for hadronic rescattering in Pb-Pb
