[PWGJE] fixes to charm hadronisation task

Summary

This PR introduces fixes and improvements to the charm hadronisation task.

Changes

• Updated jet Nconst definition to include both track-based constituents and HF hadrons, since HF candidates are not part of the standard jet constituents table
• Added collision selection from jetderiveddatautilities to MC collisions (mccollisions), ensuring consistency with data processing

Motivation

• The previous jet Nconst definition was incomplete, as it excluded HF hadrons
• MC collisions were missing the same selection applied to data, leading to potential inconsistencies
