I have claude app running normally , and have win 64x

That message is from Anthropic's installer, and the check is about the PowerShell process, not about Windows:

Is64BitProcess is false in any 32-bit PowerShell, and Claude Code only ships win32-x64 and win32-arm64 builds (release manifest, 2.1.283 today), so a 32-bit process can never install it. The fcc installer runs the downloaded script with the same PowerShell it is running in (Get-PowerShellExecutable returns $PSHOME\powershell.exe), so whatever your shell is, the Claude installer is too.

• False / True, $PSHOME ending in SysWOW64, PROCESSOR_ARCHITEW6432 = AMD64: a 32-bit shell on 64-bit Windows (the "Windows PowerShell (x86)" shortcut, or a 32-bit terminal or launcher). Open "Windows PowerShell" without "(x86)", or pwsh, and rerun the fcc one-liner.
• False / False: Windows itself is 32-bit. Check Settings > System > About > System type. There is no 32-bit Claude Code, so the only route is a 64-bit Windows install.

Your log shows C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe. On 64-bit Windows a 32-bit PowerShell prints SysWOW64 in that path instead, so do run the check rather than guess.

Either way, once a 64-bit shell has claude on PATH (irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex from that shell is enough), rerunning the fcc installer prints "Claude Code already installed; will verify" and skips the download.

Maintainer note: Get-PowerShellExecutable could relaunch through $env:SystemRoot\Sysnative\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe when -not [Environment]::Is64BitProcess -and [Environment]::Is64BitOperatingSystem. Sysnative is the WOW64 alias that bypasses the System32 redirection, so the Claude installer would run 64-bit even from an x86 shell.
