Updating hyperlinks in the readme, and create the script to update all repos.

I am creating this issue thanks to this comment, thanks to @RadientBrain.

We need to update all links in the readme.md files with the correct docs link.

• We need to make the update to the readme.txt template .
• Then update all the repos with the correct readme template. We need to use one of the scripts created (scripts/change.js).
