Revert JustDireThings changes

I haven't used JustDireThings that much, but one things I instantly fell in love with was the block placers/breakers. These are sadly useless now due to the changes made, not allowing players to go below the 20 tick speed. I haven't used that much other than these 2 and a few others from this mod, but I must admit this had, at least from my perspective, made this mod so useless you might as well remove it from the pack, at least with regards to the machines. I was just starting to like it so much, so it's really sad to see it get this treatment.
