Low level dynamic foraging

• adds low-level UML diagram for the dynamic-foraging-processing library
• referenced in data processing for DF #109
• shows core processes required for data generation (data loader, data structures)
• orange wrapper functions to run all processes (packaging and QC)

I'm dropping the two SVG files here to make it easier for @arjunsridhar12345 and I to review (reviewing the drawio files themselves is impossible, and the images show up very small in the file diff view)
