Nomm version 0.6.0
Pre-release
Pre-release
- Added support for keywords in mod paths
- Current keywords are
{game_path}for the game installation path and{user_data_path}for the Steam compatdata path (this is not supported on the heroic side yet)
- Current keywords are
- Added support for multiple mod paths for a single game (with a selector when installing the mod)
- Added mod count on the launcher window
- This displays the total number of downloaded files
- Added an "enabled" timestamp on the mods tab
- Completely revamped steam library search (steam library search is now basically instantaneous)
- Previous versions of Nomm were searching for library paths on all your disks
- Now Nomm just gets the information directly from a Steam configuration folder
- This has the added benefit of making it MUCH clearer when the steam configuration folder is not accessible, helping to troubleshoot cases where people have different Steam installation types.
- Minor touch ups on Heroic library search
- Nomm used to try and find heroic libraries for every game (oof)
- Now Nomm checks once at the start of the process and skips looking for games in them if it couldn't find the library
- Finally fixed rar archives
- 7z archives are coming next (though that may take a bit more time - see issue #11 )
- Added a warning when selecting a staging path to inform the user that if they have a Flatpak Steam installation, they have to give Steam the rights to see that folder
- Started setting up collections
- It's not functional yet, currently facing issues with the new Nexus API, maybe soon?
