Issue with Examples in [Hard] "3D Convolution" question #110

In problem [Hard] "3D Convolution", the examples mentioned in the problem description is not correct.
The answer given in both of the examples are incorrectly calculated and can be confusing for people solving it.

In Example 1, the output : (Incorrect)

Output \(O \in \mathbb{R}^{2 \times 1 \times 1}\):
\[
[44, 62]
\]
</p>

Correction:

Output \(O \in \mathbb{R}^{2 \times 1 \times 1}\):
\[
[82, 163]
\]
</p>

In example 2, the output : (Incorrect)

Output \(O \in \mathbb{R}^{1 \times 1 \times 1}\):
\[
[28]
\]
</p>

Correction:

Output \(O \in \mathbb{R}^{1 \times 1 \times 1}\):
\[
[36]
\]
</p>
