Decade Channel without Genre

Is it possible to create a channel with all of the genre's combined? My thought was to use the channel builder to build an "All 80's" channel that would include all genres. I don't want to have multiple 80's channels each with its own genre, which is what i think the UI is suggesting to me. I guess creating a collection ahead of time would be the way.
