Add 2025 and 2026 texts to translation i18n files
-Extended about page props with V2025 and V2026. -Rendered new timeline sections for 25 and 26 -Temporarily using 2023 image. I'll make changes when new image is available.
Delete ChevronImages from 2025 and 2026(Will be added later when available)
