fix: add release smoke tests to prevent broken binary publishes

v0.5.10 shipped with a broken binary — @altimateai/altimate-core was marked as external but not resolvable in standalone distributions, causing an immediate crash on startup. This issue tracks adding CI smoke tests and build-time verification to prevent this class of regression.
