Add automated detection and policy for low-quality AI-generated PRs flooding the repo.
- Install peakoss/anti-slop GitHub Action (user signal checks, honeypot, file protection)
- Add AI contributions policy to CONTRIBUTING.md
- Add honeypot trap to PR template
