Code output still renders as white text on light terminal backgrounds (regression of #704) #736

Description

@FrankTub

This is a follow-up to #704 (which was itself a follow-up to #617) — the issue has regressed.

Code output in the terminal is still rendered as white text, making it unreadable on light/white terminal backgrounds. The content is visible when opening the session in VS Code, but not in the terminal itself.
