- The service principal hasn't been added as a user in the Fabric workspace/database
- The client secret may have expired or been rotated
- The service principal needs to be granted explicit access in Microsoft Fabric
You'll need to verify in the Microsoft Fabric portal that:
- The service principal (14af9081-ed89-455c-bedf-7e85a39f1805) has been added to the workspace with at least Viewer or Contributor role
- The client secret (Afv8Q~vP...) hasn't expired
