The function rte_hash_lookup_bulk_with_hash() comes from one of our DPDK patches, whereas function rte_hash_lookup_with_hash_bulk() was added to DPDK in commit 14b8ab57623548dbe5e632f98e379b1a7c923da0 on April 16th, 2020.
