BounceX Viewer 2.0

Wow! A 2.0 release 3 days after initially launching? Yes. I felt like it was warranted due to how large of a leap in quality this is compared to the 1.X releases.

New features:

• Overhauled Video Handling, requires a lot less metadata and can even load with a missing meta.json if you REALLY want to!
• New package creation tool in manager! See Making New Packages for updated instructions on how to make new packages!
• Path speed adjustment added
• Ability to add offset (in seconds) to the start of a video to delay it!
• Windows install and usage is actually fixed this time (I busted out an old laptop with Windows 10 to test, if Windows 11 is broken I'll cry.

• Only fix is that StartWebsite.bat's Python install originally didn't work. Now it does! Remember to check out Installation for more details!
