QUB Core v1.7.3 HF115

This is an emergency mandatory hotfix for QUB Core.

HF115 fixes the HF114 mainnet mining livelock where honest miners could remain paused at the public canonical tip when exact TCP seed/direct acknowledgement was unavailable or stale.

Highlights:

  • Restores mainnet mining liveness after HF114.
  • Allows exact official HTTP/public-snapshot acknowledgement to green-light mining when TCP seed/direct acknowledgement is unavailable or stale.
  • Still rejects private local suffixes and stale self-mined branches.
  • Keeps two-peer ahead/conflict quorum protection.
  • Makes direct parent checks quorum-aware so one noisy/future peer cannot stop all mining or found-block submission.
  • Reduces JIN/Library/mempool pressure with bounded mempool exchange.
  • Adds bounded candidate-template tx scanning.
  • Uses cached priority sorting for mempool/template rebuild paths.
  • Reduces block relay pressure by relaying the found block plus recent-tail context instead of repeatedly relaying the full chain.
  • Full QUB Explorer GUI support from HF114 remains included.
  • Verified Governance v1 remains scheduled for block #21000.
  • JIN Coin -> JIN Token conversion remains disabled until the bridge is live.
  • QUB-side bridge activation remains disabled.
  • No seed update is required.
  • No snapshot update is required.
