QUB Core v1.7.4 HF116

This is a mandatory mainnet chain upgrade.

HF116 adds JIN Coin infusion into QUB Coin.

Activation schedule:

  • #16666: final 42 JIN public-sale batches are locked to protect the bootstrap reserve.
  • #16777: JIN Coin infusion into QUB activates.

Bootstrap:

  • 42,000,000 JIN Coin is infused into QUB accounting at #16777.
  • Starting ratio is exactly 2 JIN per QUB.
  • Accounting is per QUB atom.
  • QUB has 8 decimals.
  • JIN Coin has 18 decimals.

After activation:

  • QUB can be melted/redeemed for native JIN Coin.
  • Future JIN infusions must divide exactly across the current true max QUB atom supply.
  • JIN-per-QUB does not decrease when QUB is melted.
  • Lifetime JIN infused into QUB is monotonic.
  • Active JIN inside QUB decreases on QUB melt and increases on JIN infusion.
  • True max QUB supply equals 21,000,000 QUB minus melted QUB.

Still disabled:

  • JIN Coin melt is not enabled.
  • JIN Coin -> JIN Token conversion remains disabled until the bridge is live.
  • QUB-side stablecoin bridge remains disabled.
  • No DAA change.
  • Verified Governance v1 remains scheduled for #21000.

This source release does not include runtime UI assets.
