About Prodosia

Prodosia is a project created specifically for https://imgur.com

The application allows for maintaining taglists pertaining to a specific topic or other commonality. It eliminates the need to manually keep track of users or having to post comments to mention these users. Imgur users can be subscribed to these taglists, making them part of the list that will get tagged to content.

One of the features of the application is to issue commands in order to communicate with Prodosia. This can be done either through Imgur or Discord and requires the owner of the application to setup trackers.

The application will not automatically subscribe or unsubscribe people, nor does it allow for tag automation. Managing the taglists remains the task and responsibility of the trackers or application owner.

Especially regarding rules -> No spam or prohibited behavior.

we do not welcome:
- Spam (clickbait, affiliate linking, rapid-fire posting, unapproved commercial advertising for dubious products and services)
- Entertainment spoilers for the purpose of trolling
- Scripts or bots that act maliciously or non-transparently
- Engaging in vote manipulation (using multiple accounts, voting services, or any other software to increase or decrease vote scores)
- Doing anything that interferes with normal use of Imgur
- Repeatedly creating multiple accounts to evade punishment or avoid restrictions

Participation in taglists for users should be entirely voluntarily. Abuse of this application will result in moderator action from Imgur. Usage of the bot should be transparent. The application should only be used to notify people to content and not for vote manipulation.

It is recommended to get in touch with Imgur staff before starting to use the software, to ensure that your intentions are transparent and any spam-reports can be more easily taken care of.
