Adds support for data models with multiple data islands. Now once a field is selected, you are limited to the fields associated in the data model, directly or indirectly. This prevents Cartesian joins in the data-set sent to DataRobot.

In addition to this change, fields are grouped by table.
Tables are named and have the total number of rows for information.
Hides hidden fields
Hides synthetic keys

Backwards compatible to Qlik2DataRobot analytic connector v1.0.0.0
