Add Required Competency Queries to queries.yaml (`competency` branch)

With the database schema and PostgreSQL data now matured, it’s time to add the SQL queries according to the competency query specifications. The plan includes:

• Updating queries.yaml with all required queries
• Adding test scripts to verify that all queries work correctly

@napakalas I'm updating the parameter definition in YAML with an additional id field, with the existing column referring to columns in the condition clauses (as it does at the moment) and 'id' to be used to identify parameters in requests. This is to hide users from implementation details.

It most cases, id and column will have the same value, but for example in Query 2

- column: pnf.feature_id

would be replaced by

- id: feature_id
  column: pnf.feature_id

etc.

Would you please add id to the query parameters -- thanks!
