The applet for mounting EFI partitions in Mac OS X 10.9 - 12.3

Based on MountEFI recognition engine, using system events dialog window.
Russian and English interface with auto-detect system language.
Can use MountEFI config to read hard drive name aliases and another settings.
For Mac OS 10.13 - 12.1 sudo password can be saved in keychain.
Added auto-update program and hotplug media detection functions.
Added fsck_msdos check while EFI mounting
