Updated Chemistry Module

Updated chemistry module to use different abundances, binding energies and prefactors, for chemistry focused on molecules seen in the inner disc (Sellek, Vlasblom & van Dishoeck 2024)

Also included:

• Viscosity bumps to mimic clearing of gaps by planets (Gaussian model or Kanagawa model; static or time dependent)
• Non-isotropic turbulence
• Bug fixes to diffusion, fragmentation velocities, snapshot readers

• Non-thermal desorption
• Externally-irradiated temperature profile
• Implementation of FRIEDv2
• Implementation of chemical composition of external photoevaporation winds

Made internal photoevaporation routines more self contained.
