How to change mouse style and color

I was looking around to try and change the mouse cursor and maybe the color, but I couldn't find any place to do it. Checked in Settings - Mouse and Touchpad, but there was nothing there that would change the cursor style. I then looked all through each Setting category but also found nothing.

Anyone have any ideas.
