Inline font switching

Format strings now support a [font=Name]…[/font] tag, so you can switch fonts partway through a line: a different face for the title than the rest, or one font for a CJK title and another for western text. The name is the one shown in KOReader's font menu; if a device doesn't have that font, the text falls back to the line's normal font.

Wi-Fi: connect instead of fail

When Wi-Fi is off, the preset gallery and the update check now offer to turn it on and carry on once connected, instead of stopping with a "Wi-Fi is not enabled" message. Submitting a preset to the gallery does the same.
