Custom icons
You can now use your own icons in your footer layouts. Drop .svg or .png files into KOReader's icons folder (koreader/icons/) and they'll show up in the icon picker under a new "SVG icon folder" tab, searchable by filename. Pick one to place it on any line, next to text and other tokens.
Icons render at text size and keep their own colours on devices that support colour. Preset authors can also reference them directly as [icon=name].
