Wireless setup recovery

• Adds mDNS fallback for Android Wireless Debugging pairing port discovery when Settings text is incomplete or ambiguous.
• Keeps the pairing-code dialog available while the phone pairs, instead of leaving too early.
• Fixes stale setup states after enabling R08 Accessibility, clearing the phone app, stopping the bridge, or retrying after an expired pairing code.
• Adds phone Wi-Fi reachability checks, redacted CXR/ADB logs, and a pairing watchdog so the phone UI does not hang indefinitely.
• Returns the glasses to Home after successful or already-armed setup paths.
