Challenge: Manual VM provisioning was slow and prone to configuration drift.
Solution: Implemented a Gold Image strategy. Developed a full pipeline using Terraform for resource orchestration on Proxmox and Ansible for idempotent configuration.
Impact: Provisioning time reduced by 90% (30min → 3min).
