Not working on latest build of Windows 11 #8

Can anyone else confirm if it is working on latest Windows 11 (64bits) build?
It simply stopped to work on my end:
note: yes, I'm using the latest (updated) release from this repository (unregistered the old one an registered the new one, restarted the pc and such, it has been weeks)
