Wiki: bring every page up to v1.10.0, and add twelve pages The wiki was written for v1.1.0 and missed everything from 1.1.1 to 1.10.0: streaming I/O and chunked encryption, 25 AI providers and local models, search, RegEx and global rules, Hush, batch downloads in the original format, the MinIO to RustFS move, the labelled corpus and model benchmarks, label-driven releases, and the fixes and advisory along the way. Every existing page is rewritten against the current docs/ and code. New pages: Release History (everything shipped and fixed, release by release), Upgrading, CLI Reference, AI Providers, Review Workspace, Search and Rules, Hush Assistant, Export and Anonymisation, Batches and Mailboxes, Storage and Encryption, Streaming IO, Failure Codes.
