🐛 Fixes

• Stop auto-resize drift across mixed-DPI monitors, including the stuck scrollbar it could leave (resize by webview DPR, not Rust scale)
• Keep history reachable on idle session rows and rows without task-start flags
• Don't show a prior task on a cleared session
• Don't let approval replies clobber the task

Note

The installers aren't code-signed. On Windows, SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC" — click More info → Run anyway. On macOS, first launch is blocked ("damaged"/unidentified developer) — open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. Full steps in the installation guide.
